Environmental Protection for Industrial Conditions
Industrial equipment exposed to moisture, dust, or temperature variations requires connectors with protection suited to its operating environment.
Multiple sealing structures, including PA66 housings, silicone rubber sealing rings, and a sealed, threaded cable-entry design, help reduce water and dust ingress. Selected models achieve IP68 protection under specified test conditions of 1 m water depth for 2 hours and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Secure Self-Locking Connections for Reliable Operation
A secure mating mechanism helps maintain connection stability during equipment operation and repeated maintenance cycles.
Male and female connectors feature a self-locking design. Insertion and extraction force tests and mating durability tests are conducted, with a tested mating life of at least 1,900 cycles.
Electrical Options for Different Power Requirements
Selecting a connector requires matching its current rating, operating voltage, and insulation performance to the equipment's electrical specifications.
Available product specifications reach up to 120 A current, 600 V operating voltage, and 4,000 V dielectric withstand voltage. Gold- or silver-plated copper contacts are available depending on the model.
